Jen grew up in Bertram, Iowa. She attended Cornell College where she graduated with a Sociology degree. Jen has been in customer service since 1998, the financial industry since 2006, and holds a FINRA Series 6 license.   With her knowledge and experience, Jen brings a top-notch client experience to Tom's clients.  

Jen enjoys spending her free time with her kids, Wyatt, Everett, Delaney and granddaughter Dahlia. She also enjoys attending her kids’ various activities, taking road trips, being outdoors, and reading.
