Tom is a Registered Representative and Investment Adviser Representative with Osaic Wealth.  Tom is also a partner at Strellner Financial Group, a local financial services firm in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. 

Working with other financial professionals within the Strellner Financial Group provides the benefits of a team approach.  Tom’s primary focus is wealth management and retirement income planning.  For other areas of planning Tom relies on a network of experienced professionals to help assist in taking care of his client’s unique planning needs. 

An eastern Iowa native, Tom attended the University of Northern Iowa where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in finance.  With a desire to further his education and provide a high level of advice to his clients, Tom obtained the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) professional designation in 2009 and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional certification in 2003.  Since becoming licensed in 1998 he's worked with a multitude of individual clients and small businesses in the cedar valley and beyond. 

When Tom’s not helping others achieve their financial goals, he enjoys spending time with his family. Tom and his wife Beth reside in Cedar Rapids, IA with their two children, Sydney and Caleb.  Additional interests include youth coaching, various outdoor activities and Tom is an automotive enthusiast.
